Status as of August 28, 2026: no puppies are ready to go home today. Our next litter is planned, with the expected date not yet determined — waitlist families are always the first to hear when that changes.
Looking for a Cavalier instead?
Our sister program, Green Acres Nextgen Cavaliers, expects a litter of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies (dam Latte, sire Jesse) on October 20, 2026 (within a few days either way), raised at the same Boring, Oregon home by the same family. The Cavalier waitlist is open now, and a $500 deposit reserves a specific puppy once the litter arrives. See the Cavalier litter page or call (503) 572-9960.
Are there Golden Retriever puppies available right now?
Not today — and that is by design. We raise a small number of carefully planned litters rather than keeping a constant supply, so puppies are placed through our waitlist instead of being listed for immediate sale. When a litter is on the ground, this page will show it, with photos and dates.
When will the next litter be born?
The next litter is planned but the timing is not yet set. As soon as a breeding is confirmed, we announce it here and notify every family on the waitlist directly, in order. Health testing on the parents always comes first — you can see our published clearances on the Our Dogs page.
How do I reserve a puppy from the next litter?
Join the waitlist. Our Golden Retriever puppies are placed at $3,500. A $500 deposit holds your place in line; it is applied in full to the purchase price when your puppy comes home, and if this litter turns out not to be the right fit for your family, it transfers to a later one. Families pick in deposit order once the litter is ready, full payment is due by 8 weeks, and puppies go home from 8 weeks 4 days. The complete process and terms are in our waitlist guide.
What will the puppies come with?
Every Nextgen Goldens puppy goes home with a veterinary exam, age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, a microchip, complete health records, a written health guarantee, and lifetime breeder support — raised underfoot in our Boring, Oregon home, about half an hour from Portland.
Puppies are placed on AKC limited registration. Full registration is available to approved homes for an additional $1,500, released once hip, elbow, heart and eye clearances are complete at two years.
How we keep in touch
We answer every waitlist application and every question within one business day. While you are waiting for a litter we send a note each month so you always know where things stand. Once puppies are on the ground you get photos and a short video every week until go-home day, and after your puppy is home we check in at four weeks and stay available for the life of your dog.
