Who we are
Nextgen Goldens is a small family Golden Retriever breeding program in the Portland metro area of Oregon, operated by Direct-Me LLC. This website is nextgengoldens.com. You can reach us at (971) 370-3063.
What we collect and why
When you fill in our waitlist or contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, town, and whatever you tell us about your household and what you are looking for in a puppy. We use this only to reply to you, to keep our waitlist in order, and to arrange visits and pick-ups if you reserve a puppy.
We use standard website analytics to understand which pages people read. Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to your form submission.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the box on our waitlist form agreeing to receive text messages, or you text us first, we may text you about your enquiry, your place on the waitlist, and visit or pick-up appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of joining the waitlist.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our text messaging terms are on our SMS Terms page.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site and our communications work: our web host, our email provider, and our telephone and text-messaging provider, each of which processes it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and contact details are kept while you are on the waitlist or in conversation with us, and for the life of the puppy’s record if you bring one of our puppies home. Ask us at any time and we will delete what we hold about you, unless we need to keep it for a puppy contract.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies needed for it to work and for aggregated analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
