SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS/MMS) from Nextgen Goldens and Green Acres Nextgen, two dog breeding programs operated by Direct-Me LLC.

What you will receive

Conversational, low-volume messages about your puppy enquiry: replies to your questions, waitlist status updates, visit and pick-up appointment confirmations, and puppy record reminders. We do not send promotional blasts.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting us first, by ticking the text-message consent box on our website waitlist form, or by telling us verbally when you reserve a puppy. Consent is optional and is not a condition of joining the waitlist or of any purchase.

Frequency, cost, and how to stop

Message frequency varies with your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will get one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, call (971) 370-3063, or use the contact form on this site.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
